Оваа Изјава однесува на личните податоци и нивната довеливост како податоци, кој се собрани при процесот на нарачка на
производ на Клиентите на интернет страницата inteklab.mk, Изјавата е составен дел од Општите услови за работа на inteklab.mk.

ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ како давател на услугите на интернет страницата klimi.mk, се придржува до важечките прописи со
цел заштита на приватноста на своите Клиенти односно Корисници, а особено на Законот за заштита на личните податоци. Во
овој документ е опишано како контролорот на податоци ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ со седиште на адреса: ул Бел Камен
бр. 109, (во понатамошен текст inteklab.mk) ги обработува личните податоци.

Се упатуваат Купувачите/клиентите на интернет страницата inteklab.mk да прочитаат се што е наведено на оваа страница за
полесно и појасно да разберат кој податоци ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ ги собира и обработува и за која цел, врз база на кои
законски основи, со кого и зошто ги споделува, кој заштитни мерки ги спроведува, како и кој се вашите права поврзани со
пристапот до лични податоци, корекција, бришење и вашето право на приговор.

личните податоци кои се утврдени со оваа Изјава.


Лични податоци кои се собираат и обработуваа од страна на klimi.mk веб страницата.

За време на нарачка од веб сајтот на klimi.mk на веб страницата, ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ, од Клиентот ке побара обезбедување на одредени информации за себе како име и презиме, поштенска адреса (која е за контакт и не е задолжителна
да е иста од лична карта), електронска адреса и телефонски број.

Inteklab.mk ги собира и обработува личните податоци за Клиентот на интернет страницата inteklab.mk поради набавка, достава на
нарачаниот производ како и за идна комуникација со клиентот, можни законски процедури поврзани со реализација на
договорот.

Клиентот со внесување на неговите податоци и потврдување (кликнување) за прифакање на Општите услови на работа и оваа
Изјава за приватност, стапува во договорна врска која е основ за купување на производи и услуги по избор на клиентот на
интернет страницата inteklab.mk, а која е содржана во Општите услови на работа. Обработката на овие лични податоци е легална
затоа што се преземаат активностите на барање на Клиентот со цел да се реализира набавка на производи и услуги нарачани
од Клиентот, како и склучениот договор во кој е Клиентот е купувач. Корисникот може да ја повлече согласноста за
известувања во било кое време со испракање на електронска пошта на Офицерот за заштита на личните податоци

Со кои приматели ТИМ КОРПОРЕЈШН ДООЕЛ ги споделува личните податоци?

ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ нема да ги споделува личните податоци на Клиентот или Корисникот со други страни, освен во
ситуација кога тоа го бараат правните регулативи.

ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ при барање на реализирање на договорот за купување на производи или услуги нарачани од
Клиентот, ке ги сподели личните податоци на Клиентот со:
1. Давателите на услуги за дистрибуција на стока со кој има постојан договор за соработка и за таа цел да исполнуваат
нарачки, да испорачуваат пакети, да испракаат пошта и електронска пошта.
2. Давателите на услуги во овластен сервис во случај Клиентот да поднесе жалба, рекламација за производот и доколку е
потребна проверка на производ или да побара сервисирање на производот кој го купил, се со цел да може да ја реализира
услугата за поправка, сервисирање или проверка на производот од страна на овластениот сервис.


Обработка на личните податоци за време на процесот на плакање со картичка (дебитна/кредитна)

ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ за време на плакање на интернет страницата на inteklab.mk, како услов за плакање на производите и
услугите со кредитни или дебитни картички, бара дозвола од Клиентот да го активира процесот на плакање преку компанијата
Интернационален картичен систем АД Скопје (Casys.com.mk), бул. Кузман Јосифовски - Питу бр. 1, давател на услуги за
процесирање и наплата преку (кредитни или дебитни) картички, договорен партнер на klimi.mk и Обработувач на личните
податоци. За таа цел, личните податоци на Клиентот (име и презиме на Клиентот и податоците од картичката на Клиентот) се
привремено зачувани кај Интернационален картичен систем АД Скопје, кој ги чува овие податоци во согласност со
сертификацијата за PCI DSS, највисоко ниво на заштита и доверливост. Клиентот го активира процесот на обработка и
плакање преку картичка со потврда (кликнување) на линкот "плати".

ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ Скопје во ниту еден момент не располага, не ги собира или обработува личните податоци внесени
заради процесирање и наплата со картичка. Ги советуваме Клиентите да се информираат за обработката на личните податоци
од страната на Интернационален картичен систем АД Скопје на интернет страницата на која се одвива процесот за плаќање
или преку следниот контакт contact@casys.com.mk


Рок на чување на личните податоци

ИНТЕК ЛАБ ДООЕЛ ги чува личните податоци на Клиентите кои се регистрирани на интернет страницата inteklab.mk во
период додека се постигне целта за обработка.


Бришење на лични податоци

Клиентот и Корисникот имаат право во секое време да побараат бришење на личните податоци согласно Законот за заштита
на личните податоци. Клиентот тоа може да го оствари со испракање на електронска порака на електронската адреса на
Офицерот за заштита на лични податоци односно до е-маил адресата: inteklabmk@gmail.mk податоците ке бидат избришани во рок од
30 дена.

Доколку и покрај сите преземени мерки за заштита на личните податоци, сметате дека имате основ за приговор, контактирајте

текст на Изјавата за приватност на интернет страницата inteklab.mk. Затоа klimi.mk ги советува Клиентите и Корисниците
периодично да ја прегледуваат оваа Изјава за приватност, што ке укаже на нови промени, доколку ги има.
